ABC Challenge - Begins APRIL 1st [with revised date plans]

I hope you are all getting ready for the challenge of the year! I'm super pumped and super excited! I just hope I don't fail like I have in the past! We all really need this.

I had someone explain they were doing their own version of ABC which is totally fine. I understand some of you may have a situation where you will faint or be seen by parents, room mates, lovers, etc.  I live with my bf who is like always busy.. lol so I get lucky with the fact that no one in my family is close enough to notice.  I've been waiting for this moment since I was little. 

Also, if you don't mind, I'd love to see that version of ABC so that I may try that one another time! I've been super anxious lately!!! So I really can't wait to focus on this. 

I've changed the dates on the info, so you can now copy, paste and print if you'd like so you can FOR SURE keep track of your daily stuff...

April is on a Sunday, so get ready! By May [bikini season begins] we will have this.... We'll have to think of plans in the mean time of how to maintain it...

  -- 30 mountain climbers
  -- 20 double crunches [ sit ups with arms and legs]

Challenge detials [possible date modifcation necessary]....

Well.. Today I'm not starting ABC like I thought. I woke up super late and didn't get a chance to take a pic or check my cal intake limit for the day.


I went to the bar last night because a very good friend of mine's dad is in the hospital with pneumonia, but the main bad part is that he has bone marrow cancer and was stable for a while til he checked in to the hospital.. He checked in because he had been feeling weak and sick, only to find out he has pneumonia and his white blood cell count it at .7 when it should be between 12 - 13.  So they immediately took him to ICU where they are waiting to do a blood transfusion. I'm super worried for their family.  Helping  The Boy with his mom's passing was a very dark time. I hope my friend doesn't have to go through this.  At least not this soon.


So, in conclusion, I went to bed at 3:30 am and had to wake up at 8 to leave for school at 9:20 and I didn't wake up til 9:15. You can say I was a bit pressured for time. So we're going to push it back a day with today's intake being 1000 cals so I can shrink my tummy a bit before I drop my cal intake drastically and fall head first into a binge.... wouldn't want to do that.. THAT would defeat the purpose of this entire plan.


Good news.....


I lost 2 lbs. 


which leaves me at 162.5 now. 


THANK FUCKING GOD!

ABC

Well, there are many a times I'm attempted this and failed, but given the amount of unsweetened tea and water bottles I have, I suppose I can do it?

I dunno.. I don't have as many followers as I used to have.. so if you know anyone who wants to join, give them the link to my blog so I know I have more people with which to jump the band wagon. 

I want to start the ABC diet.  Given, I don't have any money considering I don't have a fucking job, this should be a little easier than before. 

I'm a little skeptical starting on a Wednesday because I feel like it'll be a waste or I'll fail til Monday... But I really need to get out of my negative failutre fatty mind set and get focused here. I need to shrink my stomach! I have a work out regime that I put together too so that should burn off the daily intake. 

Perhaps we can have a HUGE marathon of daily tasks... like about a year or 2 ago there was "Take a pic of the scale everyday" and post it to your blog so you're showing everyone how much you lost or gained [god forbid].

So here's a challenge.....

Take a pic of the scale every morning for the next 7 days [til next Wednesday] and start the ABC diet as well..

FML

I know I've been absent for quite some time...

I got fired about a month ago and I was 153...

I've gained a shit ton from a huge depression ball and I can no longer afford the diet pills I as previously taking to help.

I'm currently 164 and haven't been this weight in a fucking year..

I think I need some major help....
WTF?!?!

I hate these fucking spells of shit.. I feel like I'll never fucking be skinny again. 

This is unacceptable...
